This year to commemorate February 13: Tibetan Independence Day we organised a RECLAIM TIBET concert to remember the 2008 Tibetan Mass Uprising, and pay our tribute to the spirit and resistance of Tibetans inside Tibet.
A varied line-up of performances from Thangthong Lugar School of Performing Arts, to JJI Exile Brothers, traditional Tibetan Nomad song (Lu), solo contemporary Tibetan songs, to the highlight of the evening, a group of teenaged Tibetans, expressing themselves through hip-hop Team No Parking.
