Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum

GLOBAL DAY OF ACTION Resist China:Freedom Now!

October 1, 2020

China’s crackdowns against freedom, democracy, and human rights have intensified across China and the countries and areas it occupies. Countless individuals are arrested and tortured for acts ranging from dissent and protest to simply expressing their own culture.

China’s illegal occupation has turned Tibet into the second least free place in the entire world; millions of Uyghurs are arbitrarily detained in mass internment camps, and now Hongkongers are losing their freedoms with the newly implemented National Security Law.

China’s human rights violations and propaganda reach far beyond its borders and the Chinese Communist Party has bullied its way into power – blackmailing governments, corporations, and international institutions – and silenced critics with its economic clout.

It’s time for governments to resist China and to build strong multilateral action to effectively challenge the Chinese Community Party totalitarian regime.

Sign up and be represented at the 1 October 2020 Global Day of Action!
